What will I learn?

From intelligent drones to virtual reality apps, cybersecurity to the Internet of Things, you will learn the design principles and programming skills to build the systems behind emerging technologies. Carve your own unique path with our accredited and flexible advanced computing program. This program could be for you. Specialise in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Development or Computational Data Science and combine with our shared pool of 100 plus majors.The Bachelor of Advanced Computing is an undergraduate coursework degree that will develop your practical and theoretical skills across the computing, information technology and business transformation industries. This course is accredited by the Australian Computer Society.You will complete core units that cover the skills needed to work as a computing professional, along with a major from the Advanced Computing disciplinary pool, and advanced computing elective units.You may elect to complete a minor or second major from either the disciplinary pool or the shared pool, and will complete electives from the disciplinary pool, the shared pool, or the Open Learning Environment as needed to make up the requirements of the course.
