What will I learn?

Spanish is one of the three most widely spoken languages in the world, one of six official languages of the UN, and an important trading language in the Asia-Pacific. Globally, Spanish is the second most widely spoken language by first language speakers. It is spoken by over 500 million people in more than 20 different countries in four continents. Not surprisingly, it is one of the six official languages of the United Nations and is also an important trading language in the Asia Pacific region. Learn to speak and read Spanish, delve into the cultures of Spain and Latin America and build a global understanding of the world. With the internationalisation of the job market, graduates with a qualification in Spanish will have greater employment opportunities both in Australia and overseas.
