What will I learn?

Develop valuable skills in business and health while remaining grounded in an entrepreneurial core with La Trobe's Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Health Sciences. Co-designed with industry leaders, our double degree prepares you to solve key healthcare, business and economic challenges in a responsible and sustainable manner. You'll understand how to independently research, think innovatively and use digital technologies to effectively identify and execute managerial and policy solutions. The major in Food and Nutrition provides an understanding of the role diet plays in health maintenance and illness prevention. Critical analysis of the sociocultural factors that influence food intake and impact food security in changing and complex food, health, environmental and economic systems are also explored. Students will develop a deep understanding of nutrition across different life stages and will be able to perform nutrition assessment in a culturally safe manner.

Entry requirements
