What will I learn?

Creative artists have a strong role to play in social assistance industries, which assist people in the community to be healthy and productive. Get prepared by studying the Bachelor of Creative Arts and Community Wellbeing (Music) at UniSQ. This degree will expand your creativity, facilitation and leadership skills, as well as your understanding of the needs of community care and development. Study digital composition, song writing, recording and music production, and collaborative music practice along with foundational human services courses. You’ll have the opportunity to undertake a project placement in a community organisation during your third year of coursework.Graduates will have the necessary skills to collaborate with health providers, local governments, and community organisations and undertake arts-led service initiatives. Work in the creative industries and apply your talents and abilities in other areas like community services (youth, indigenous, aged, refugee, homeless, unemployed, disability etc.), hospitals/allied health, correctional services, local government, and charity organisations.
