What will I learn?

The Bachelor of Fine Arts / Bachelor of Law (BFA LLB) is a 5-year program that combines a highly valued professional legal qualification with a qualification designed for those who wish to involve themselves in creative fields such as animation, visual arts, and music. Youll learn the fundamentals of law and gain a strong understanding of legal issues, ethical practice and social justice. The BFA component will develop your foundational skills in creative practice and experimentation while offering the flexibility to focus deeply on the creative field that matters to you. The BFA is home to distinctive specialisations in Animation and Moving Image, Art Theory, Music, and Visual Arts, each of which is led by experts in your field and supported by specialist facilities.

Entry requirements

For international students

There are several admission pathways to an undergraduate degree at UNSW including high school qualifications, UNSW Foundation Studies, UNSW Diploma, recognised prior study or university transfer.

English Language requirements:

IELTS: 7.0 overall (min. 6.0 in each subtest); TOEFL IBT (Internet Based): 94 overall (min. 25 in writing, 23 in reading, listening and speaking); Pearson (PTE - Academic): 65 overall (min. 54 in each subtest); C1 Advanced Cambridge: 185 overall (min. 169 in each subtest); C2 Proficiency Cambridge: 185 overall (min. 180 in each subtest); UNSW Global University English Entry Course (UEEC): B, Writing C.
