Whether you want to work in private practice, an NGO, within government or are looking to expand your legal knowledge, this specialisation provides the necessary skills and knowledge.Learning OutcomesReview, analyse, and synthesise knowledge from primary and secondary legal sources to identify and provide solutions to International and Comparative Law problems.Interpret and critically evaluate International and Comparative Law and its social, ethical and cultural impact on society, at a local, national, and international level.Undertake technical legal research to access a range of legal materials, literature databases, and other online sources, and apply legal or interdisciplinary research methodologies to evaluate and synthesise findings.
