What will I learn?

Occupational therapists support people of all ages to build skills, participate in everyday life and improve their health and wellbeing across diverse settings. As part of Flinders University’s Allied Health suite, you’ll learn in a shared first-semester model alongside other health disciplines, building strong interprofessional capabilities before progressing into occupational therapy-specific study in semester two. You’ll become a client-centred, culturally responsive practitioner with the skills to work across all areas of occupational therapy practice including hospital, rehabilitation, mental health, paediatrics, aged care and community settings.
