Combining social sciences, humanities and languages, international studies at UNSW prepares you for a global career. Using a multidisciplinary approach drawn from a variety of social science perspectives, you’ll analyse what's happening in the world and think creatively about how to solve these challenges. Our courses in policy and social research, geographic area studies and languages will help you help you examine local, national and global challenges. You'll develop knowledge and skills in public policy and foreign policy, international development, environmental issues, gender studies and history. To better work across cultures and borders our award-winning language programs assist you in developing intercultural communication skills in Chinese, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish.
