What will I learn?

In this course you’ll learn a range of practical skills including designing, writing and producing simple business documents, personal wellbeing and work priorities, workplace communication, critical thinking and inclusive work practices. This comprehensive business qualification will equip you with the skills and knowledge to make you a valuable asset in a variety of workplaces! This course is ideal if you are exploring a career in business administration, or if you are looking to gain valuable, transferrable skills you can use across many industries. There will be a requirement for role-plays, meetings and consulting with others. These practical assessments can be demonstrated online, in the workplace or you will need to attend a campus, where your application of skills can be physically demonstrated. The workplace needs to have the scope and environment for you to consult with others, make recommendations and organise meetings. These will need to be recorded for a teacher to observe. This aspect of the assessment is required for you to meet competency.
