What will I learn?

A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery SIT30821 (non-apprenticeship) is your first step into the kitchen. Mentored by experienced chefs, you’ll learn everything from basic knife skills to developing cost-effective menus, equipping you with practical skills for a thriving career in commercial cookery. You’ll be supported by a team of accomplished chefs ready to inspire and share industry knowledge with you. You will have the opportunity to train in our state-of-the-art kitchen facilities and perfect your delectable meals on many of the same benchtops used regularly by television shows such as Masterchef and The Great Australian Bake Off.
