This nationally recognised qualification prepares you to deliver person-centred services – whether that’s through direct support, advocacy, or designing and leading interventions for individuals, groups, and communities. This course will cover the knowledge and skills you will need to work autonomously under the broad guidance of others, or who may be required to supervise and lead other workers in projects or teams. It is a broad entry-level qualification that prepares you for frontline roles in community services, social support, and client care. With this qualification, you can usually gain employment in roles where you support individuals, families, and communities under supervision or as part of a team.
