The Certificate III in Individual Support prepares students to provide person-centred support to individuals in community, home, and residential care settings. The course develops the skills required to work under supervision as part of a multidisciplinary team and follow individualised care plans to support people who may require assistance due to ageing, disability, or other needs. Graduates are equipped to promote clients’ wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.
