The Certificate IV in Community Services prepares students for roles in delivering person-centred services to individuals, groups, and communities. The course develops skills in providing support, advocacy, and interventions across a range of community service settings, including case work and case management. Students learn to work independently within established guidelines and may also supervise others. Graduates are equipped to empower communities and make a positive impact on people's wellbeing and everyday lives.
