What will I learn?

Build a career in one of the fastest growing industries with this qualification. Develop your knowledge to the level where you can plan and supervise construction sites, prepare costs and schedules for a contract, use current building codes and standards, understand the legal requirements of contracts and works, read and interpret plans and specifications, identify and produce estimated costs and manage occupational health and safety on construction sites. Acquire a diverse range of skills to be able to project manage and coordinate the overall construction of low rise residential and commercial buildings, which may involve selecting contractors, overseeing work and liaising with clients.
