What will I learn?

The Diploma of Built Environment provides a foundation for a career in various property sectors. This program enables students to specialise in either property or construction management and quantity surveying.Successful completion of the program provides students with a pathway to most Bond University undergraduate degrees, with a possible 80 credit points credited towards their next program of study. For international students

Completed Year 12 and obtained a Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE) or equivalent • Received a pass mark or higher in a minimum of three General or Applied subjects (with a grade of C or better in Units 3 and 4).
