Age Minimum age of 17 years or turning 17 years old prior to commencement of the course Education & Experience Requirements Australian year 11 equivalent, or completion of Year 12/High School in the students home country Required Identification Photo ID and evidence of citizenship (international students must provide copy of passport) Computer Skills & Equipment Students on this course require computer access for learning purposes and to complete course assessments. As such, learners must have beginner/intermediate computer skills in programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and know how to use the Internet to access information; standard intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is desirable. Hardware and software requirements: - Desktop or laptop - Microsoft Office or equivalent - Broadband internet connection - A web camera and a speaker Learners need access to software to view online videos and images, such as: - Microsoft TEAMS – available for free through the RTO subscription to Microsoft Office 365 The student can download the software from the internet on their laptops or computers with no applicable costs.
