What will I learn?

The Graduate Certificate in Clinical Epidemiology is a fully online degree with optional face-to-face components for clinicians and clinical researchers. You will learn the skills needed to generate high quality clinical research and interpret research evidence to improve patient care outcomes.This course provides students with knowledge and skills in clinical epidemiology that will enable them to incorporate best evidence into their own clinical practice. It also covers all the essentials for the clinical researcher and provides a solid foundation for those interested in pursuing a research career.The Graduate Certificate in Clinical Epidemiology consists of 24 credit points (cp), including 12cp of core units and 12cp of elective units of study from Part A Electives.You will receive rigorous, structured end-to-end training enabling you to contribute at all stages along the clinical research pathway – concept, design, statistical analysis, translating into practice and implementing in policy and guidelines.Our clinical epidemiology programs are designed with busy professionals in mind. They can be completed 100% online, with part and full-time study options available. Some subjects have optional face-to-face components for students who want some on-campus experience.

a bachelor's degree from the University of Sydney, or an equivalent qualification; or
