What will I learn?

Complete your first trimester at Aspire Institute, and your second, third and fourth semesters at University of Technology Sydney (UTS).It’s your pathway to one of the highest-ranked postgraduate programs in Australia. Successfully complete a Graduate Certificate of Business at ICMS, delivered by Aspire Institute, and you may be eligible to receive advanced standing for four subjects credit in the UTS MBA.There are 16 subjects to complete your UTS MBA. That means you only need to successfully complete 12 more subjects at UTS to graduate with an MBA.

Entry requirements

For international students

Successful completion of a bachelor degree (AQF 7) from an Australian higher education institution or overseas equivalent OR

Successful completion of an overseas higher education course of at least three years duration (minimum AQF level 6 or equivalent), with a minimum credit grade average (GPA 3.0 on a 5-point scale) OR

Successful completion of a recognised Diploma or Advanced Diploma (or equivalent as recognised by the Australian Governments qualifications recognition tool) with at least four (4) years relevant full-time work experience OR

Successful completion of an approved Postgraduate Qualifying Program from an Australian higher education institution or overseas equivalent OR

At least five years appropriate full-time managerial or professional experience

Applicants must demonstrate a recognisable level of responsibility as part of their work experience. Position accountability in a range of areas such as budgeting, staffing, project management, financial management or other relevant supervisory experience should be evident in the applicants work history. While senior levels of volunteer experience may be considered, normally the majority of the work should be in a paid, fulltime capacity

All applicants seeking admission on the basis of work experience MUST support their application with evidence outlined in section 7.1 of the Admissions Guidebook

Successful completion of at least two award or at least two non-award subjects (at AQF Level 8 or above) from an Australian higher education institution or overseas equivalent.
