If you want to attain a qualification in computing but have little or no background in this area, the Graduate Diploma in Information Technology is designed for you. It also suits those with a bachelor degree in a relevant discipline who want a broader understanding of computing, or students with a bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering who wants to specialise further.
This program provides a broad-based IT education and more specialised knowledge in up to two major areas, providing core skills to enable you to work in a range of positions in the IT industry. It’s similar in scope to the Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) undergraduate degree.
