The ANU Master of Financial Management will equip you to excel in a business career anywhere in the world. You will gain access to leading academics with extensive industry and research experience. Courses within the Master of Financial Management have been developed in consultation with key industry partners in the finance sector, assuring you that the advanced skillset you will develop in the program will prepare you for a rewarding career in business. This program can be combined with the Master of Applied Accounting in a double masters. Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants must present either:

  • a Bachelor degree or international equivalent in a cognate discipline with a minimum GPA of 5.0/7.0 or;
  • a Graduate Certificate or international equivalent in a cognate discipline with a minimum GPA of 4.0/7.0 or;
  • a Graduate Diploma or international equivalent in a cognate discipline with a minimum GPA of 4.0/7.0.

The admission requirements for the Master of Applied Accounting and Master of Financial Management double masters program are the same as above.

In line with the university's admissions policy and strategic plan, an assessment for admission may include competitively ranking applicants on the basis of specific academic achievement, English language proficiency and diversity factors. However, applicants will first be ranked on a GPA ('GPA1') that is calculated using all but the last semester (or equivalent) of the Bachelor degree used for admission purposes. If required, ranking may further be confirmed on the basis of:

  • a GPA ('GPA2') calculated on the penultimate and antepenultimate semesters (or equivalent) of the Bachelor degree used for admission purposes; and/or

English Language Requirements
