What will I learn?

The Master of International Business is a global business program that emphasises the need for effective and sustainable international business growth. You will develop the skills necessary to devise and implement strategic decisions that facilitate sustainable, global corporate expansion. This course is designed for students who wish to accelerate their global career. Graduates will develop highly portable knowledge and skills in strategic decision making and global expansion that will be of value to organisations around the world.The Master of International Business postgraduate coursework degree is designed to develop your skills and knowledge of the international business environment in order to build and implement strategies that facilitate sustainable, global corporate expansion.You will complete core units in global business and strategy, including international business project units. You will also complete elective units to meet the requirements of the course.

Entry requirements

For international students

To be considered for admission, an applicant is required to have:

an Australian bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline with a credit average (65 percent) or equivalent qualification, or

an Australian bachelor's degree or higher in an unrelated discipline with a credit average (65 percent) or equivalent qualification and relevant professional work experience (typically three years), or

an Australian bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline with less than a credit average (minimum 50 percent required) or equivalent qualification and satisfactory performance in the GMAT (for guidance, the class average score is 630) or GMAT Focus Edition (for guidance, the class average score is 585) or equivalent Business School approved admissions test.
