What will I learn?

The School of Environmental and Life Sciences is committed to developing research and teaching skills that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving strategies. From animal conservation work to human reproduction research, we are focused on developing solutions to the issues our planet, flora and fauna, and humankind face. Using modern delivery methods, we educate undergraduates and mentor postgraduate research students. Taught by dedicated scientific thinkers, we ensure our students graduate with the practical and theoretical skills necessary to transition successfully to the workforce. Our staff are highly trained researchers, many of whom are world leaders in their fields. Entry requirements

For international students

i) have satisfied all of the requirements for admission to the degree of Bachelor with Honours Class 1 or Honours Class II, Division 1 or any other degree approved for this purpose by the Assistant Dean (Research Training); orii) have satisfied all the requirements for admission to a degree of Bachelor in the University or another degree approved for this purpose by the Assistant Dean (Research Training) on the recommendation of the relevant School; oriii) in exceptional cases produce evidence of possessing such other academic or professional qualifications and/or experience as may be approved by the Assistant Dean (Research Training) on the recommendation of the relevant Head of School; oriv) in the disciplines of education, medical physics, nursing, social work, social sciences and surgery have completed a minimum standard of professional experience as required by the Assistant Dean (Research Training) on the recommendation of the School; and
