The Master of Project Leadership (MPRLE) is designed for those who aspire to lead beyond project delivery - to drive strategic change, shape high-performance cultures, and create lasting organisational value. Students develop advanced leadership capabilities, learning how to navigate complexity, influence diverse stakeholders, adapting leadership to ensure integrity and resilience. Through a combination of leadership, project management, and evidence-based management study, combined with Work-Integrated Learning opportunities such as industry placements in the CBE Internship course, graduates are equipped to guide organisations through uncertainty, and set new standards for responsible, innovative leadership in dynamic global environments.
