What will I learn?

The Technology Management program prepares technologists and other technology experts with the advanced skills and focused management training they need to act as effective supervisors and managers. Through this program, you will build the knowledge, skills and abilities required to develop management strategies, create business plans, identify market opportunities and develop and implement marketing strategies. You’ll learn to manage research and development and technical projects, plan budgets and apply the principles of economics, accounting and finance. You’ll also develop crucial communication and interpersonal skills, learn to foster organizational diversity and help build effective multi-disciplinary teams. In this program, you will complement your technical expertise with advanced communication and management skills and learn to plan, manage and inspire technological innovation and organizational growth. Develop innovation management frameworks and build versatile analysis, research and planning skills across various management roles. Explore organizational processes, marketing and workplace culture, collaboration and diversity while evaluating business case studies with classmates.
