What will I learn?

A Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in business focuses on liberal arts studies and general business knowledge. It is more appropriate for students seeking a more comprehensive range of career paths than the more specialized Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Prepare students for careers in Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics, or Accounting and for further study in Accounting, Human Resources, Strategy and other specialized disciplines within Business Administration. Foster analytical, written, and oral skills essential for success in a rapidly changing economy and business world. Provide students with a solid foundation in business and management and to foster awareness of the historical, economic, political, and philosophical context in which individuals, businesses, and societies function. Brandon University has long had an excellent reputation both in Canada and abroad for its education in the Liberal Arts and Sciences, Education, and Music. The programs in Business Administration have been designed to recognize and build on this strength, offering students opportunities to combine their Business program of choice with a solid exposure to the Liberal Arts and Sciences.
