You'll attend both schools concurrently studying the visual arts across societies and centuries while you develop an artistic identity of your own. Art At Sheridan discover a range of personal approaches to visual expression. Begin studio work in your first semester and complete problem-based assignments in six studios drawing painting sculptureinstallation print media design and photography. In upper-level studios refine your expertise by developing a body of self-directed artwork in a class environment of discussion and exchange. Art history At UTM take Art History courses that span from the ancient to the contemporary worlds. Learn different approaches to the analysis and interpretation of artefacts and understand the role of visual creativity in shaping cultures and communities.
