Students in Nipissing’s Liberal Arts program enjoy the flexibility of being able to design their own degree. Nipissing’s Liberal Arts program emphasizes breadth rather than specialization and allows individuals to develop a program that is suited to their personal interests and goals.One discipline will be in an academic area from the Humanities or Social Science groups. The second discipline will be chosen from the Humanities, Business, Science or Social Science groups.Students who are interested in a wide-range of disciplines, and would like to focus on several of them, should consider this degree since it provides the flexibility to satisfy a curiosity about a number of different fields of study.

Entry requirements

For international students

Official transcripts from all institutions (domestic or international) previously or presently attended, secondary schools, colleges and universities (Domestic and international applicants who have attended postsecondary institutions outside of North America must have their transcripts assessed.International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma with at least six subjects, including three at a higher level, with a minimum final grade of 24, will be considered for admission. Students who successfully complete the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma with a score of 24 or higher are eligible to receive up to 30 transfer credits, equivalent to one year of full-time study.
