What will I learn?

You build practical expertise in project planning, scope control, cost management, scheduling frameworks, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination. Through applied case studies, you tackle current business challenges that demand structured decision-making. You develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments aligned with industry standards, graduating prepared to lead execution and improve outcomes across project teams and business functions. The Bachelor of Business Administration programs at Yorkville University are offered in traditional classroom setting and fully online. The online program, while accessible to all learners, is particularly suited for working adults interested in broadening and developing their knowledge and skills in business management. The on-campus program facilitates full-time study and incorporates enhanced supports for international students. Both online and on-campus students have the option of pursuing a general business education or specializing* in Accounting, Energy Management, Project Management, or Supply Chain Management. The BBA programs are rooted in fundamental and traditional business disciplines including accounting, economics, finance, and marketing they focus on the roles played by ethics, sustainability, organizational behavior, HR development, and strategic management in creating successful businesses. The programs foster student skills in communications, decision making, problem solving, and teamwork.
