Computers and computer systems play a central role in business, communication, science, entertainment and medicine. Computer Science is an ever-changing discipline that studies the theory, design and implementation of computer applications and systems. You will learn to use computing and information technology to help solve the problems that we face in business, science and society today and those that we will face tomorrow.
The Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) is available as an Honours or a Combined Honours with Mathematics. The Honours Computer Science program is organized into streams so that you can develop a particular expertise.

You will need the full IB (three standard [SL] and three higher level [HL] subjects), with a minimum of 28 points (please note that some programs are more competitive and will require higher scores).You may have one subject with a grade of 3, provided it is offset by a grade of 5 or better. Prerequisite subjects must have a grade of 4 or better.IB students may be awarded advanced standing (transfer) credit for HL subjects with a grade of 5 or better subject to the discretion of the appropriate faculty, to a maximum of 3.0 credits.If you are currently completing the IB in a Canadian high school, please refer to the admission requirements and application deadlines for your province.
