What will I learn?

The emphasis in the Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree is on providing students with an understanding of human physical activity in its broadest sense, rather than upon the details of professional practice and teaching methodologies.A Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree may be earned either through a regular, eight-term program of study, or through the twelve-term Co-operative Education Program, which combines classroom and related work term experiences. Students are able to specialize in one of two honours Majors: Kinesiology - Movement Science or Sport Management & Leadership.

Entry requirements

For international students

Successful completion of the University of Windsor's English Language Improvement Program (ELIP) (levelIII) with a minimum final grade of 75%; or Receive a minimum of five semester transfer credits based on work completed at a recognized Englishspeaking University in at least one term of full-time study (not applicable to graduate applicants); orReceive a minimum of ten transfer credits based on work completed at an Ontario College of Applied Artsand Technology (CAAT) or equivalent post-secondary institution with an overall transfer admission averageof B (not applicable to graduate applicants); or Completion of the full International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma with a minimum score of 4 or better in an HLor SL English A: Literature OR HL or an SL English A: Language and Literature course; English B course is notacceptable (not applicable to graduate applicants); or Be academically admissible under the British-based GCSE, IGCSE or GCE credentials and achieve a minimumfinal grade of B (6 in reformed qualifications) in an Ordinary (O) Level English Literature or English Languagecourse OR a minimum final grade of ‘C in an Advanced (A) Level or Advanced Subsidiary (AS) Level EnglishLanguage, English Language and Literature, or English Literature course (not applicable to graduateapplicants); or Successful completion of an English Language Training Program offered by a publicly-assisted CanadianUniversity, which if fulfilled would be deemed as meeting the ELP requirements for that institution; orSuccessful completion of an English Language Training Program offered by a private Canadian LanguageTraining provider, who is Languages Canada accredited and deemed by the Registrar as having establishedpathways to programs offered by peer institutions.
