What will I learn?

Environmental Science is the study of interactions within ecosystems, both terrestrial and aquatic. As the world changes, scientists in this field are paramount to proactively assessing the implications and mitigating risks to the fauna and flora inhabiting those environments.In studying Environmental Science, you will partake in discourse around the nature and characteristics of the major environmental issues prevalent in such environments. The focus of learning in this topic is to concentrate on what causes these problems, and develop the resourcefulness to propose solutions.

Entry requirements

For international students

Appropriate Secondary School Qualification. Graduation from a secondary high school program that would normally make you admissible to a university in your home country. Please check the qualifications by country list. Five program-specific admission subjects with a minimum overall admission average of 60% English Language Arts, Mathematics (Algebra). Two Sciences. One additional subject from History, Languages other than English, Fine Arts, Sciences, and/or other subjects. Concordia University of Edmonton recognizes course work completed in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program.
