What will I learn?

Combines rigorous training in the ideas and concepts of the physical world with practical experience in electronics, computing, data acquisition, optics and other fundamental topics. A strong base for the students to expand their expertise in applied science and technology fields. Graduates are hired by high-tech industries doing scientific research and development work. The major is also a good starting point for those who want to enter professions in law, medicine, architecture, teaching and dentistry. The department provides well-equipped labs at all undergraduate levels. It also houses modern computer labs available to students as instructional resources. A host of facilities and resources are found in and around the campus to accommodate all types of activities and outings throughout the seasons.

Entry requirements

For international students

A non-refundable application fee of CDNDollar100 will be required to complete your application on the EPBC website. Upload all required documents and transcripts – please refer to the include transcripts information below (please note that your application cannot be processed if there are missing requirements). If you are a successful applicant, you will receive a conditional acceptance letter. This process normally takes one week. Make your full commitment fee payment and courier your original/official transcripts to International Admissions. You will receive a final acceptance letter that you can use to apply for a Student Visa/Study Permit.
