What will I learn?

Available to students in an Honours Specialization, Specialization, or Major in Child and Family Studies or Psychology. In addition to earning a degree, students pursuing either a Child and Family Studies, or a Psychology (BA) Honours Specialization, Specialization, or Major, may elect to complete the Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)-Lifespan. The required courses provide opportunity for students to gain experience in designing and implementing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with emotional/behavioural and/or developmental needs. Students must complete the following 33 credits.

Entry requirements

For international students

Official transcripts from all institutions (domestic or international) previously or presently attended, secondary schools, colleges and universities (Domestic and international applicants who have attended postsecondary institutions outside of North America must have their transcripts assessed.International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma with at least six subjects, including three at a higher level, with a minimum final grade of 24, will be considered for admission. Students who successfully complete the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma with a score of 24 or higher are eligible to receive up to 30 transfer credits, equivalent to one year of full-time study.
