Career and College Preparation provides the environment and resources for adults to acquire the knowledge necessary for successful entry into the labour market, advancement in careers, entry into further specialized training or enhance personal development. Independent, self-directed learning is encouraged. The goals for this level are to provide students with highly portable learning skills and abilities in analytical thinking, mathematics, communications, and sciences. The Advanced Level student (approximately grade 11 coursework) is encouraged to discuss career paths with an Admissions Officer prior to registration and as needed during the term. The College will endeavour to match the study program to individual career goals.
