Through the Culinary Skills program, you will explore the latest culinary and restaurant-management trends in the heart of Winnipeg’s restaurant scene.
You’ll build a versatile set of practical knowledge and learn to use state-of-the-art equipment and industry-standard techniques safely and efficiently through a blend of theoretical learning, co-op experience and work-integrated learning labs. Submit proof of graduation from or enrolment in Grade 12
If you provide proof of enrolment at time of application, your official final grades indicating successful completion must be submitted by July 15 for fall enrolment or by the deadline specified in your admission letter
