In this certificate program (20 semester hours), you will examine project risk, project scope management how to manage the constraints of quality, time, and cost as well as how to integrate technical tools with leadership and communication skills. The course’s unique practicum experience will give you exposure to the "real" world of project management and allow you to apply what you have learned in a supervised environment under a licensed project manager. TWU’s PMPP is designed to align with the standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI), preparing you for PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designations.
