Entry requirements

For international students

Students must have Ontario College Diploma, Ontario College Advanced Diploma, Degree, or equivalent.

Applicants must have a community college diploma or degree in a construction-related field or the equivalent.

English Language Requirements:

  • IELTS: 6 no band less than 5.5
  • TOELF IBT: 79 + with minimums of 20
  • TOELF Paper based: 550+
  • PTE Pearson Test of Academic English: 51+
  • CEFR Common European Framework of References for Languages / Cambridge Assessment English: B2
  • CAEL (Canadian Academic English Language): 60
  • Cambridge English Exams - Advanced: 170+
  • ITEP (International Test of English Proficiency): 3.7+
  • Duolingo: 115+
