What will I learn?

Humber’s Mechanical Engineering Technician diploma program provides you with the necessary skills to design and manufacture mechanical systems and subsystems. You will learn cutting-edge design concepts using advanced software and work with the most updated technologies in advanced manufacturing. The curriculum covers the theory and the skills required for: advanced manufacturing technologies design of engineering systems engineering and project management mechanical maintenance modelling of mechanical systems programming (CNC) machine tools using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software quality control The curriculum includes courses in solid mechanics, CNC programming, mechanical design, hydraulics, pneumatics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), maintenance techniques and manufacturing.
