The ESTR (Education and Skills Training) program offers four certificates for students who have experienced barriers to employment to prepare them for entry level positions within the workforce.Each nine-month certificate runs from September through May and is divided between classroom work and hands on experiential learning. Students will develop job readiness skills, may complete industry recognized certificates, and do other activities to prepare students for entry level positions within a number of areas of employment. These activities may include work experience in areas on campus or with local businesses.

A non-refundable application fee of CDNDollar100 will be required to complete your application on the EPBC website. Upload all required documents and transcripts – please refer to the include transcripts information below (please note that your application cannot be processed if there are missing requirements). If you are a successful applicant, you will receive a conditional acceptance letter. This process normally takes one week. Make your full commitment fee payment and courier your original/official transcripts to International Admissions. You will receive a final acceptance letter that you can use to apply for a Student Visa/Study Permit.
