What will I learn?

This two-year graduate degree within the Department of Sport Management provides students with intensive research training and the fundamental educational background skills necessary to critically examine management issues within the sport industry (e.g., digital marketing, human resource management, event management, consumer behaviour, legal and human rights issues, and social justice and equity).



The Master of Arts in Sport Management program offers research and theory-based lecture and seminar courses the opportunity to engage with others who conduct innovative research in the field of sport management and the creation of a thesis-based research project, produced with guidance and mentorship from a faculty supervisor.

Entry requirements

For international students

To be considered for admission to the Master of Arts in Sport Management program, a student will normally hold a four-year degree, or its equivalent, from an accredited university with a minimum 75% (mid-B) average over the last two years of full-time undergraduate study.
