Dairy processing is a growing industry worldwide with increasingly complex global supply chains. Scientific and technological advances offer new approaches to dairy processing and product formulation. In this dynamic context, technology management plays a key role in enhancing the quality, efficiency, food safety, traceability and sustainability of dairy products across the globe. The Master of Dairy Technology Management prepares you for a career in this dynamic field through its focus on applications of scientific, economic and business management knowledge to technology management decisions in the dairyprocessing industry globally. The MDTM deepens your scientific knowledge of dairy processing and develops skills for operations management and technology assessment in the global dairy sector. Full-time students complete the program in one yearthree terms. The first term emphasizes the science foundations of dairy products and processing the second term expands on dairy processing operations and technology assessment. The program concludes with a project in the third term.

Typically, the last 20 one-semester courses consist of 10 Credits/60 Units/60 Hours For in-progress degrees, the total number of credits with grades that are used may be lower. E.g. 8 Credits/48 Units/48 Hours may have grades while 2 Credits/12 Units/12 Hours will be in progress. International Degrees;Country-specific degree equivalent to Guelph's four-year undergraduate degree from a recognized institution. Typically, the last 4 full-time semesters (or 6 full-time semesters for full-year education systems) equivalent credits.
