What will I learn?

The Master of Education in Educational Administration and Leadership program is designed for professionals and academics who want to advance their administrative and leadership capabilities within a leadership role.Theory, knowledge, capacities, practices and related skills are enhanced through the exploration of school change and improvement, organizational behaviour and theory, school governance, leadership roles and cultural diversity.The program is also sensitive to leadership in the context of social justice as well as being consistent with the latest regional, national and international leadership standards of practice.This area of study will be of particular interest to professionals both in Canada and internationally, as there is a growing global demand for school leaders to acquire quality credentials.

Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants to the MEd Educational Administration and Leadership are required to have: a Bachelor of Education degree or its equivalent a grade point average of at least 3.0 (B, or its equivalent) at least three years of teaching or related professional experience previous leadership experience
