The MELDI program combines world-class engineering education with training in leadership, management and innovation to give you the skills to drive change. As a graduate, you will be equipped to meet industry needs head on, with the capacity to effect change as we move toward a climate-adaptive future. You will be the driving force behind the development of new systems and cutting-edge technologies that will transform our world and the way we live in it. The program goes beyond traditional MEng, with a comprehensive leadership focus, advanced technical knowledge training, and an emphasis on change management. The management and leadership courses will sharpen your leadership skills, provide you with effective ways of communicating and allow you to master the art of analyzing organizations to overcome barriers to progress. Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants must hold a bachelor's in Engineering with a minimum GPA 3.0 Average (70%, B, or First or Upper Second Division). Acceptance into the program is competitive and meeting the minimum standard does not guarantee acceptance. Check that you qualify with an undergraduate degree that prepares you for your chosen specialization. Make sure you are ready for advanced technical training with a minimum Canadian GPA of 3.0 (B) average. Complete the application. A complete submission, with references, can be processed more quickly.
