At Trent’s School of Business, the Master of Management offers three unique course-based streams to pave the way to careers in management. Build a strong foundation across core business disciplines through the Master of Management (M.Mgt.), specialize in navigating organizational transformation with Strategic Change Management (M.Mgt.SCM), or prepare to meet the challenges of a complex and high demand sector through Health Care Management (M.Mgt.HLTH). Whichever stream you choose, you’ll gain the advanced knowledge and global perspective needed to shape solutions, drive innovation, and succeed in management careers across industries and around the world. This exciting new stream within the Master of Management graduate degree is offered at the Trent Durham campus, and, starting in January 2026, will be offered at the Symons campus in Peterborough. The Health Care Management stream prepares graduates for professional managerial careers in the uniquely dynamic and complex health care sector, in which organizations must continually develop, implement, and assess strategies for delivering health care services in the face of critical resource constraints.
