About this course

What will I learn?

The School of Planning offers a professional planning education at the graduate level. The Master of Planning program is recognized by the Canadian Institute of Planners. Our approach to education involves experiential learning with projects done in cooperation with community groups. Were located in a shared large historic building with the School of Architecture so students have access to all the Facultys technical services audio-visual resources model building photography and computer labs and a wood-working shop.Youll work in a collegial and cooperative atmosphere with small class sizes (15 - 25 students) providing great opportunities for debate and discussion. Full time graduate students are given work spaces in the School and are represented on decision-making bodies within the Faculty. Students apply for scholarships and research assistantships within the School.
