What will I learn?

Research in computer graphics ranges from theoretical investigation of algorithm complexity to the design and implementation of systems for these algorithms. Our interests include the traditional holy grails of computer graphics: the generation of photorealistic images and of realistic motion data, both of which can be generated either from synthetic data or from acquired and processed images of real objects. Very often, the research results can be applied to both computer vision and computer graphics.

Entry requirements

For international students

A 3.0 GPA is typically the minimum GPA for acceptance in an MSc or PhD program. However, we may consider slightly lower GPAs in exceptional circumstances or due to small discrepancies in international GPA conversion rates. Meeting the 3.0 GPA minimum requirement does not guarantee admission. Our department admissions process is highly competitive and the Admissions Committee often selects students with a 3.5 GPA or higher.

*There may be different IELTS requirements depending on your chosen course.
