Whether you want to be a head chef, a cook, or manage your own food business, our program is the perfect fit for you. Through live-action demonstrations, lectures, and immersive hands-on practice, students are provided with the solid foundational skills of classic and emerging culinary trends and techniques. Students will learn what it takes to run a kitchen, as well as the entrepreneurial side of running a business. You will be pushed, challenged, and above all else, supported by experienced faculty who are committed to your success. The two-year Culinary Management program has been designed to offer you a unique opportunity to apply the cutting-edge skills learned in labs and classes on a paid four-month co-op work term.
