What will I learn?

Your exciting career in the nutrition and food industry starts here. You will be prepared to work as a nutrition manager, an essential team member who collaborates with registered dietitians and other healthcare providers. Here, you can develop your management skills and knowledge of nutrition care and food service operations to work in long-term care, hospitals, and other community settings.
