A wide range of potential specializations are open to students in our nutrition graduate programs. Research activities focus on areas that are highly relevant to improving health and quality of life and include clinical nutrition, community nutrition, nutritional biochemistry, dietary assessment and nutritional epidemiology, nutrition education, nutrition intervention, food security, food biotechnology and nutrition services administration.At the University of Saskatchewan (USask) you'll benefit from a large cluster of health science disciplines all on the same campus. There are off-campus opportunities to participate in the Saskatchewan Community Nutrition Residency program or go abroad through our partnerships with the University of the West Indies in the Caribbean and Hawassa University in Ethiopia.
