What will I learn?

Computer Science is one of the degree subjects available through the common entry Computer Science DN201 course.The UCD Computer Science degree covers the fundamentals of Computer Science while also exposing students to the contemporary languages and technologies used in the industry. Key topics include programming, foundational mathematics, advanced software engineering, cloud development, theory of computer science, networks and security. CAO Point Range 2023 - 558-625O2 or H6 in MathematicsO6 or H7 in English, Irish and three other recognised subjectsInternational Baccalaureate - 24 or more total points and the award of the IB Diploma.International A Level - At least three subjects at A Level Grade C or better and Grade C or better in the remaining subjects at GCSE a total of six distinct subjects required.If you are - presenting the Irish school leaving certificate you are required to have attained a H7 or O6 in English.presenting other examinations through English you are required to have the opens in a new window specified equivalent.
